Xcaret is in Playa Del Carmen, so fly to Cancun (CUN) Airport please!!
Transportation is provided by the hotel (included in price) to the hotel, and you can check in while you are on the bus.
We recommend to arrive Thursday, December 8, but you’ll want to stay as long as possible. There is so much to do!!! (see explore) ~ you can do excursions if you stay longer which are so cool!!!
The same bus (a nice bus) will take you to Xcaret Hotel Mexico, or Xcaret Arte (Adults-Only), right next door. (It is approximately a 1 hour ride from the airport).

Before You Go
You must have a passport to go to Mexico. If you do not have one, please go to to get your passport. Please text us if you have questions!
You do not need any vaccines or visas if you are from the United States. Please check with your local country to see if there is any additional paperwork you must submit.
Getting There
Please buy your tickets to fly to Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Try to land as early as possible when you arrive in Mexico, and leave as late as possible in the day when you depart Mexico, to maximize your time at the resort.
Plan Your Trip
Thursday - Arrival
If you can, you will want to arrive on Thursday. We suggest to take the earliest flight possible to arrive as early as possible to maximize the day there. Trust us, you will want to! You will wish you stayed for longer than you do for sure!
Land in Cancun Airport (CUN) as early as possible. Xcaret Hotel has transportation that will take you to the hotel and check you in on the ride there.
Friday - Hang & Explore
The day is open to you! We can hang out and explore the hotel, which is actually usually pretty empty because most people are on excursions throughout the day! We can squad up in the infinity pool overlooking the ocean (pictured above), lounge on the beaches by the rivers, paddleboard and kayak in the rivers (to the right), take the adult slide, eat delicious foods, drink delicious drinks, spread the love, explore and do whatever! We can get our minds blown and senses altered at Xenses, or do other excursions, it’s totally up to us!
Saturday, December 10, 2022 - WEDDING DAY!!!
Wedding Day!
The morning is totally up to us, we can figure out something to do, or people can sleep in to prepare themselves for the INCREDIBLE AFTERNOON & NIGHT!!!!!!! Omg, loved ones, you have no idea what’s in store for you!!!!!! We are so so so so excited!!!!!
4:30 PM: Wedding on the beach!
After wedding: one cocktail to celebrate the union
6 PM: start transfer of people via trajinera (small boat) or bus (more direct) if they prefer, to Xcaret Park for the reception
7 PM: Reception ceremony begins
Get ready for the experience of a lifetime…. oh my….
Dinner and full bar will be included
Dance the night away until 1 AM…..

Sunday is a relaxing day, but we have the most special brunch you’ve ever had in your life planned!!!! It is so amazing!!!

We have the rest of the day to chill in the pool — this is the day!!!! — and lounge and eat and talk about the wedding!!!!
(This was my favorite part of the wedding in Mexico I went to when I was younger that inspired me to have my wedding in Mexico as well, it was so amazing!!)
